Good app. It's like many others that use the same software but the best one I've used as far with how well it funtions. A few things would be nice like the ability to change trip details before a driver has been confirmed so the trip doesn't need to be cancelled and rebooked once a driver is on route but details, such as car preferences were entered wrong ie. Wheelchair taxi, hybrid car etc. When booking a trip with multiple stops its frustrating when noticing an oversight but can't change it
Did not have a timeframe for arrival. Did not have a cancel button on the trip. The taxi arrived after I got into an uber ordered by another human because I've was faster. Charged me for a ride I did not go on and will not refund me.

Set up a pick up, see the driver on the way, get dropped off and on my way thanks to payments in the app! I also get an emailed reciept which makes it super easy for medical trips
Cab came even faster then estimated
Would like to see where on the map your assigned driver is. Also the cab number to show, as it dissappears from notifications

Likes to cancel my rides without my knowledge
Absolutely do not recommend this app or company. It doesn't tell you who is coming and when, there is no way to cancel it from the app and the worst part is you have no idea how much the ride is. It gives an estimate of a very small amount, then puts a hold of double ro triple that on your card and you just have to hope that the driver isn't taking the long route and taking his sweet time driving you to your destination.
